TENDER DESCRIPTION

MODERNISATION OF PURCHASED REAL ESTATE OF THE RESEARCH STATION CAŚ UW IN PAFOS (REPUBLIC OF CYPRUS) The subject of the contract is to carry out the modernisation of the real estate of the Research Station CAŚ UW in Pafos 8046, Georgiou Christophorou Street 46/1, 46/2, 46/3, Republic of Cyprus. The scope of refurbishment works includes: a) sanitary works, b) electrical and tele-technical works, c) installation of air-conditioning systems, d) supply and installation of door joinery/frames, e) execution of finishing works, f) performance of all works necessary to achieve full functionality of the facility; in accordance with the technical documentation forming an integral part of the contract. The detailed scope of works to be carried out and the conditions are determined by: the technical documentation constituting Appendix No 1 to the SWZ and the contract template — the planned provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No 3 to the SWZ.
