TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conversion of the former Karl barracks for school use, Europaplatz 1, 79098 Freiburg. With the reintroduction of grade level G9 for the school year 2025/26, the Freiburg grammar schools will face an increased need for classrooms that can no longer be accommodated within the existing facilities. To cover the additional space requirement, the former Karl barracks currently used as an administrative building is to be converted into an outstation for the Freiburg grammar schools. The subject of the procedure is property planning services for buildings and interiors in accordance with HOAI, Part 3, Section 1, § 33 et seq. A negotiated procedure with a public participation competition will be conducted in accordance with § 119(5) GWB in conjunction with §§ 14(3) no. 2, 17(1) VgV, 74 VgV. The two-stage procedure includes the public participation competition (Stage 1: selection phase) and the negotiated procedure (Stage 2: submission and negotiation phase).
