TENDER DESCRIPTION

The specialist planning services for HVAC, electrical engineering, and building automation will be awarded as technical overall planning. The reason is the close technical interdependencies, in particular between the PV system, battery storage, energy consumers, and building automation. The Jahn and Schelmenbusch halls form a functionally and technically interconnected complex of halls, justified by shared technical supply structures and the future shared use of the foyer. The award covers the entire hall complex; however, in accordance with the fee form, the fee is to be presented separately for the two halls. The planning of the support/charging systems (cost group 460) is currently assigned to the scope of services of the property planning performance area and is not part of the basic services to be tendered for technical overall planning. Any adjustment to the division of responsibilities in the further course of the project remains reserved.
