The purpose of the present procurement procedure is therefore the selection of an investor for the parcels 1645/12; 1645/25; 1645/24; 1645/23 in the Hinterer Steig Süd residential area as part of a concept allocation procedure. The investor to be selected is to purchase the offered total area of 2,625.173 m² and develop it in accordance with his concept, subject to the more specific provisions thereof. In doing so, the investor must in particular comply with the specifications of the municipality of Nufringen from the development plan as well as the statute on the development plan. The investor must also, in particular, take into account the following urban development parameters and requirements: - Multi-family houses must be constructed on the plot. The concepts submitted by the investors will be mandatory components of the purchase contract to be notarized.
