TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the general planning for the emergency response and hazard protection center. The contractor shall provide the planning services required for the construction project. These include, in particular, the following services: - Object planning services for buildings (service phases 1 - 9 in accordance with Appendix 10 to the HOAI) on the basis of the preliminary design planning provided by the contracting authority in parts; - Structural engineering planning services (service phases 1 to 6 in accordance with Appendix 14 to the HOAI); - Technical building equipment planning services (plant groups 1 to 8, service phases 1 to 9 in accordance with Appendix 15 to the HOAI), - Planning services for building physics, service phases 1 to 7, as well as special services for thermal protection and energy balance calculation, building acoustics and room acoustics in accordance with § 3 HOAI 2021, - Fire protection services, service phases 1 to 7, as well as special services in accordance with BauPrüfVO; - Object planning services for engineering structures (drainage systems in outdoor areas and open spaces), service phases 1 to 8, in accordance with…
