TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is development planning services for the industrial estate located within the scope of application of zoning plan (Bebauungsplan) No. 97A of the City of Preetz, specifically engineering services for transport facilities and for civil engineering structures, for the services corresponding to service phases 4-9 of the HOAI (approval planning, execution planning, preparation of the award, participation in the award, construction supervision and project supervision), including in each case the special service of on-site construction supervision within the meaning of Annexes 12.1 and 13.1 to the HOAI. The development is expected to be carried out in one construction phase.
