TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Geschwister-Scholl secondary school forms part of the Böddinghausen school centre and is located at Albert-Schweizer-Straße 4 in 58840 Plettenberg, OT Böddinghausen. The school consists of a southern building wing (BA I) and a northern one (BA II), with both wings connected by a connecting corridor and a cafeteria. The plan is to carry out the comprehensive renovation of the now stripped-out northern building wing and subsequently convert the southern building wing. In addition, the existing connecting corridor is to be demolished and replaced by a new barrier-free connecting corridor including a lift and adjacent rooms. The construction work is carried out during ongoing school operations. The subject of the contract to be awarded, based on a client-side design and approval planning package, comprises all planning and construction services that are further necessary for turnkey execution/construction. The award of the general contractor services is to take place in March 2027.
