TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is the maintenance and cleaning of air-conditioning systems and refrigeration systems and their associated facilities and equipment in the building sections of the Hamburger Kunsthalle at Glockengießerwall. The services to be tendered are maintenance and cleaning work that preserves functionality and hygiene. The following services are agreed, in their current version, pursuant to DIN 31051, VDMA 24186, AMEV KG 430 and VDI 6022, for hygienic maintenance and guideline inspection: - Maintenance - Inspection - Repair following consultation and additional assignment (minor repairs). The performance description also refers to the bill of quantities (Annex 5). Maintenance services for the museum “Hamburger Kunsthalle”.
