TENDER DESCRIPTION

Heating and cooling system for the construction of a new children’s home in Rosenheim. Heat and cold supply is provided via a reversible air-to-water heat pump for outdoor installation. In the technical room, a buffer tank with a volume of 1500 litres and a heating and cooling manifold are installed. The individual heating and cooling circuits are supplied via this manifold. Heating and cooling of the rooms is carried out via underfloor heating with a total area of approximately 1200 m2, distributed across the ground floor (EG) and the upper floor (OG). In addition, radiators are installed to temper the technical rooms on the upper floor (OG). Heating and cooling coils are installed in the ventilation units, which are also supplied via the heat pump. The scope of services also includes the required pipework networks with thermal insulation, as well as circulating pumps, control and shut-off valves, a make-up supply device, and safety and pressure-maintenance components.
