TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is services for developing the skills of managers and work communities belonging to the City of Jyväskylä’s personnel. The procurement is not divided into lots, because dividing it is not appropriate due to the nature of the service and the division would not result in clarity. Instead, a fairly large pool is formed to ensure broad-based expertise. The procurement of the services may be carried out either by the Human Resources department or by managers of work units in situations where a need for development has been identified. The upcoming procurement will cover all sectors and commercial enterprises of the City of Jyväskylä. A tender competition will be used to form a pool of 15 companies/service providers, or more, provided that at least 25 coaches are secured. If there are fewer than 15 suitable tenders, all suitable tenders will be selected. To ensure that even smaller operators can participate in the procurement, parallel tenders are not accepted, and one company/service provider may offer 1–3 experts for the pool.
