TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is services for developing the skills of supervisors and work communities that belong to the City of Jyväskylä’s personnel. The procurement is not divided into lots, as division is not appropriate due to the nature of the service and the division would not result in a clear structure. Instead, a fairly large pool will be established in order to ensure comprehensive expertise. The procurement of the services may be carried out either by the Human Resources function or by supervisors of work units in situations where a need for development has been identified. The upcoming procurement concerns all divisions and municipal enterprises (liikelaitokset) of the City of Jyväskylä. The tender competition will be used to form a pool of 15 companies/service providers, or more if at least 25 coaches are not obtained. If there are fewer than 15 suitable tenders, all suitable tenders will be selected. In order to ensure that even small operators can participate in the procurement, parallel tenders are not accepted, and one company/service provider may offer 1–3 experts for the pool.
