TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the supply of hardware infrastructure intended for operation in an environment of the High Security Information zone, which is used for processing, storing and transmitting information with increased requirements for confidentiality, integrity and availability, consisting of parts and individual components specified in the scope of performance in Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contract (hereinafter also as “Goods” or “HW”). The scope of performance further includes: a) transport and delivery of the Goods to the premises at the place of performance of the contracting authority, see Article 8 of these tender documents (hereinafter also “TD”), and bringing it in (“moving it”) to the installation location according to the instructions of the contracting authority; b) providing, in Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contract, the specified type and number of licences i.
