TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the filters for all ventilation units under a framework arrangement, which relate to premises, buildings and properties owned by or under maintenance responsibility of Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy (KLOY), the Helsinki City Transport Department (HKL), Länsimetro Oy (Länsimetro), Ruskeasuo Depot Real Estate Oy, Sammalvuori Metro Depot Oy (SMV), RV Kalusto ja Varikko Oy (KAVA) and Helsinki Public Transport Infrastructure Ltd (hereinafter jointly the Contracting Authority). The Contracting Authorities each make an independent procurement decision and sign their own procurement contracts with the Suppliers selected on the basis of the tender competition. For clarification, it is stated that Kaupunkiliikenne represents all Contracting Authorities in matters related to the performance of the services in accordance with the contract. The framework arrangement does not include any obligation to purchase a specified or minimum quantity, nor does it grant the supplier exclusive rights to supply the ventilation filters that are the subject of the procurement to the Contracting Authority.
