TENDER DESCRIPTION

Acquisition of the certificate "Fitness Trainer/-in A License". The course qualifies participants (TN) for comprehensive support of fitness and health sport participants as well as athletes with the objective of performance-oriented muscle-building training. The course participants are able to plan and carry out all measures of differentiated training control in fitness and health sports. They analyze their clients' eating habits and provide targeted recommendations for optimizing individual nutrition. The following content is to be conveyed to the participants at least during the measure: Repetition of the following content: - Fitness Trainer/-in B License - Nutrition Trainer/-in - Trainer/-in for Cardio Fitness - Trainer/-in for device-assisted strength training - Health Trainer/-in - Trainer/-in for Sports Rehabilitation - Performance Sports Body Trainer/-in - Final examination "Teacher/in for Fitness" During the practical phases, sufficient practical units in the strength training room must also be carried out.
