TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter is the delivery, installation and configuration of a comprehensive software solution on the contracting authority’s hardware for secure data exchange and data synchronisation for its own use as well as for customer use. Resale of licences is not part of this framework agreement. Furthermore, the contracting authority is the sole point of contact for requests for support services. The solution shall enable controlled transfer of files between network areas, security zones and sites with different levels of security and, in doing so, meet the highest requirements in terms of IT security, data protection and compliance.
