TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the execution of geotechnical and hydrogeological investigations for the planned residential housing complex under OPPN TA 3 – C in Maribor, which are divided into the following phases:  1st phase: Review of existing documentation and public records;  2nd phase: Preliminary investigation and organization of monitoring regarding the presence of NUS;  3rd phase: Engineering-geological and hydrogeological mapping of the area;  4th phase: Execution of geophysical investigations;  5th phase: Determination or confirmation of the exact locations of boreholes, piezometers, and test trench excavations based on the results of mapping and geophysics;  6th phase: Execution of boreholes, piezometers, test trench excavations, field measurements and sampling;  7th phase: Laboratory investigations, interpretation of results, preparation of reports, and submission of documentation for review;  8th phase: Corrections following the review;  9th phase: Monitoring of groundwater levels.
