TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services forming the subject of the contract are: – Feasibility Study for the objective “Integrated training base for forces with special purpose from the Romanian Army in the 3645 Mihai Bravu barracks”, in accordance with H.G. no. 907/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions, in accordance with the design theme; – Presentation note, prepared in accordance with the model content provided in Annex no. 4 to the Regulation regarding the organization and operation of the Technical-Economic Council of the Ministry of National Defence, approved by Order M.94/2017; – Topographic study in STEREO 70 system; – Geotechnical study, verified by an accredited project verifier Af; – Hydrogeological study; – Ballistic study, necessary to substantiate the arrangement and safety solutions related to firing training facilities (shooting ranges, shooting house, training ranges), including the establishment of safety zones and the projectile capture/stop solutions; – Obstacle study and the documentation related to obtaining the approval of the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority (A.A.C.R.), necessary in relation to the heliport provided within the objective and to the applicable…
