TENDER DESCRIPTION

Region Västerbotten is procuring a web-based chemicals management system delivered as a complete SaaS service, including hosting, support, maintenance and further development. The system shall replace the region’s current chemicals management system and support work with chemical inventories, inventory taking, risk assessment, substitution and follow-up of chemical products. The procurement comprises delivery of the system, migration of existing information, integrations, training of inventory takers/risk assessors and main administrators, as well as administration during the contract period. The system shall be able to handle at least 3,500 unique product numbers and be used at approximately 300 workplaces by approximately 450 inventory takers/risk assessors and 15 main administrators. All employees in the region shall be able to be read-only users via a regional licence.
