TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender procedure is a framework agreement for motor vehicle third-party liability insurance for NRW.BANK’s own vehicle fleet and motor vehicle comprehensive insurance for business travel for the employees. NRW.BANK’s vehicle fleet currently consists of 82 passenger cars (Pkws). Overall, this is a leased fleet. As a rule, the lease agreements have a term of one year, so vehicles are regularly exchanged. From time to time, it is necessary to issue declarations of claims-free status for certain vehicles (which are always driven by the same company car user) (e.g. when an employee retires). In principle, during a changeover of vehicles it may happen that, for a limited period (usually a few days), two vehicles are registered at the same time. The vehicle to be deregistered is then, as a rule, no longer used. A framework insurance contract with a collective insurance number is to be concluded.
