Comprehensive water rescue services for the Indoor Swimming Pool “Aquarius” of the Myślenice Cultural and Sports Centre in Myślenice at ul. Ogrodowa 19 in the period 1.01.2027–31.12.2027 The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of water rescue services at the facility of the Indoor Swimming Pool “Aquarius” of the Myślenice Cultural and Sports Centre (hereinafter: the Pool), located at ul. Ogrodowa 19 in Myślenice (hereinafter: the Services), for the period from 1.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. By submitting an offer, the Contractor undertakes to ensure continuous rescue service at the Pool during the term of the Agreement, 7 days a week, i.e. daily from 6.55 to 21.55 in a shift system, based on the following rules: a. I shift: 6.55–14.25 (6.55–7.00 – preparation of the pools for operation; 7.00–14.25 – ensuring safety on the premises of the Pool and handing over the duty to the II shift), b. II shift: 14.25–21.55 (14.25–21.50 – taking over the I shift and ensuring safety on the premises of the Pool; 21.50–21.55 – cleaning work on the premises of the Pool).
