TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement includes procurements to collect depth information in the Gulf of Finland and the Archipelago Sea as well as in the Åland Islands by means of multi-beam surveying. The procurements also include post-processing of the collected depth data. The collected and post-processed material must meet Traficom’s quality requirements, which are based on the international IHO S-44 maritime surveying standard. The depth measurement data of procurements under this framework agreement belongs to security classification TLIII in accordance with the Act on Spatial Surveillance and the definitions of the Finnish Defence Forces General Staff. Carrying out assignments that fall under Security Classification III “Confidential” requires an enterprise security clearance certificate in accordance with the security classification of the assignment. The service provider is required to have a valid enterprise security clearance certificate, Facility Security Clearance (FSC), issued by the national security authority of its home country.
