TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 3 (Event management) includes services in event management (assessment procedures, pre-evening programme, awards ceremony) for the school competition and Song Contest. These in particular include: Support in organizing the pre-evening programme and the awards ceremony of the school competition including technology, furniture and transfers. Organization of planning meetings. Provision of the persons in charge for the events. Creation of directional signs and roll-ups, banners etc. Organization of event security as well as obtaining the required approvals, concluding insurance policies. Organization of the transfer of participants. Support for the conduct of events. Preparation and sending of information materials to teachers. Support in planning and conducting a youth event including a concert for the school competition and Song Contest including the technology for the event.
