Flexible learning, work and leisure areas for school operations are to be created. For functional furnishing, suitable seating and work options are required for this purpose. The procurement includes in particular tables, chairs, seating benches as well as supplementary furniture elements in mobile and permanently installed versions. Conditions for performance of the contract: A 3-year manufacturer’s warranty without additional costs must be calculated into the offer. The delivery of the furniture shall be carried out with return of the packaging and, at the latest, by 22.12.2026, fully installed up to the place of work. Furthermore, the forms for the self-declaration pursuant to Section 19 MiLoG and the sanctions against Russia must be taken into account.
