TENDER DESCRIPTION

LZN is responsible for procuring goods and services for the immediate Lower Saxony state administration (see Section 2 of the LZN operating instructions). With the approval of its supervisory authority, LZN may assume additional tasks for public-law contracting authorities within and outside the Lower Saxony state administration, as well as for private-law companies fully owned by the public sector (see Section 3 of the operating instructions). Within this scope, the contract includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company (Section 21 of the VgV) for the delivery of summer clothing for the cycling relay team (short-sleeve, summer trousers) for cooperation among the northern German coastal states of the police, Police Austria, municipal regulatory offices (Ordnungsämter) and other customers within Germany (see Annex “Contracting Authorities”).
