TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement primarily includes sludge emptying operations carried out by sea using a service vessel. Throughout the entire contract period, the contractor must have available a service vessel required for the assignment and other necessary transport equipment in order to manage sites that can be reached by sea. For more information, see the contract model. The contract shall be carried out as a unit-price contract, which includes all costs arising from operations (VAT 0%). The unit contract price includes all work performances included in this agreement. The contracting authority requests three (3) different prices in this contract notice. As far as possible, the contracting authority aims to schedule customers’ sludge emptying so that the emptyings take place primarily during the autumn season. The contracting authority provides this information to the contractor for route planning. The contractor is responsible for the routing of the emptyings and for their practical implementation.
