TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the project, the following works are planned: renewal of the main running tracks (left-hand track and right-hand track) over a length of approximately ± 8,700 m, with modernisation of the various components, including in particular the installation of mono-block concrete sleepers B 70 W with elastic fastening of the rails, the installation of UIC60 rails and, the replacement and partial cleaning of the ballast from blast furnace material with natural stone ballast. The main phase (period of total track closure of the railway line) for the track renewal works takes place from Monday 22.03.2027 until Monday 12.04.2027 (01:00). The preparatory works may begin 2 weeks before the track closure period and the finishing works must be completed by end of April 2027.
