This invitation to tender is an extension of a request to participate published previously on 18.6.2026 (TED reference for the earlier notice: 2026-051248). Only those suppliers selected in connection with the earlier request to participate may participate in this invitation to tender. Tenders submitted by suppliers other than those approved will be rejected. The subject of the procurement is the joint procurement of main transformers delivered and installed in the Oulu, Ii and Haukipudas area. The scope of the procurement and the subject of the contract are described in more detail in the invitation to tender and in its annexes, which are provided separately to the tenderers selected for the procurement.
