TENDER DESCRIPTION
This invitation to tender is a continuation of the request to participate published on 18.6.2026 (TED notice number of the previous notice: 2026-051248). Previously selected suppliers may participate in this invitation to tender. Tenders submitted by suppliers other than those accepted will be rejected. The procurement concerns the joint procurement of main transformers delivered and installed in the Oulu, Ii and Haukipudas area. The scope of the procurement and the subject matter of the contract are described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes, which are provided separately to tenderers selected for the procurement.
