TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Jyväskylä (Property Services as a business unit and all sectors), Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences Ltd (JAMK), Kiinteistö Oy Tikkakosken Terveysasema, and Kiinteistö Oy Jyväskylän Lääkäritalo form a procurement consortium and tender for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and plumbing engineering design assignments in accordance with the tender request documents and their appendices for the period 2027 and 2028, with options for the years 2029 and 2030. 4 (four) contract partners are selected. The estimated value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 800,000. The maximum value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 1,000,000.
