TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Jyväskylä (Facilities Service Company, a public limited company, and all sectors), Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences Ltd (JAMK), Kiinteistö Oy Tikkakosken Terveysasema, and Kiinteistö Oy Jyväskylän Lääkäritalo form a procurement consortium and tender the HVAC design assignments in accordance with the tender request for proposals and its appendices for the period 2027 and 2028, with options for the years 2029 and 2030. A total of 4 (four) framework agreement partners are selected. The estimated value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 800,000. The maximum value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 1,000,000. The maximum value includes a provision for procurement needs that, during the contract period, are difficult to estimate in advance and whose scope cannot be reliably assessed when initiating the procurement.
