TENDER DESCRIPTION

The shell construction works advertised here are carried out as part of the 2nd construction phase of the Paul-Klee-Schule, a special-needs school with a focus on physical-motor development. This is intended to complete the learning houses A - E already built in the 1st construction phase, which include classrooms and supporting functions. In the 2nd construction phase, in addition, a specialist classroom building with forum (building F), a sports area with one-court sports and swimming hall (building G) and an administrative area including staff rooms in an existing building under monument protection (building I) are now planned and newly constructed. All components are connected to and made accessible via connecting structures (building V). The single-storey new buildings are intended to meet the Passive House standard and are to be constructed using timber hybrid construction.
