Small Zalesie – big sport – Construction of a multi-purpose school sports field in Małe Zalesie 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the investment task entitled Small Zalesie – big sport – Construction of a multi-purpose school sports field in Małe Zalesie2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference), and consists of:a) Technical documentation;b) Bills of quantities;c) Offer cost estimates as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.3. The Contracting Authority reserves that, when describing the subject matter of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and reference systems of the kind referred to in Article 101(1) point 2 and(3) of the Act, it allows solutions equivalent to those described, and such a reference is accompanied by the words "or equivalent" even despite a possible lack of such phrase in the text describing the subject matter of the contract.4.
