TENDER DESCRIPTION

Previously published monthly for distribution to all letter boxes throughout the regional territory (approximately 2 million copies to date), the Region has evolved its regional magazine. This framework agreement is intended for the layout, printing and distribution of the magazine of the Pays de la Loire Region, whose distribution to date is quarterly in all letter boxes in the territory. This framework agreement is divided into the following lots: Lot 1 Layout Lot 2 Printing Lot 3 Distribution. This framework agreement is intended for the printing of the Region’s quarterly magazine consisting of 50 pages (frequency and format as at today may change). This GCC (Special Clauses Document) applies only to lot 2. The framework agreement takes effect as of 11/02/2027 or the date of notification if later. It is concluded for a period of 12 months, renewable 3 times by tacit renewal for a further period of 12 months, without its duration being able to exceed 48 months. If applicable, the contracting authority shall, in writing, decide not to renew the framework agreement at least 3 months before the anniversary date of notification of the framework agreement to the contractor.
