TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a single public contract (no lots). The public contract is a composite framework agreement that sets all contractual provisions. This framework agreement includes a part carried out under an ordinary public contract, for which the services are remunerated by applying an all-in lump-sum price indicated in Annex 1 to the deed of undertaking (BP – foreseeable portion), and a part carried out under a framework agreement with purchase orders, for which the services are remunerated by applying the unit prices indicated in Annex 2 to the deed of undertaking (BP – non-programmable portion). The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum expressed in value for its entire period of validity within the meaning of Article R2162-4, 2° of the Public Procurement Code. Maximum amount for the entire duration of the public contract: €500,000 excluding VAT. The public contract is awarded to a single contractor. The public contract includes: - a portion of foreseeable services concluded at an all-in lump-sum price; - a portion of non-programmable services concluded at unit prices.
