TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a single public contract (no lots). The public contract is a composite framework agreement that sets out all contractual provisions. This framework agreement includes: a part carried out under an ordinary public contract, with services remunerated by applying an overall and lump-sum price specified in Annex 1 to the deed of engagement (BP – foreseeable portion), and a part carried out under framework agreement with purchase orders, with services remunerated by applying the unit prices specified in Annex 2 to the deed of engagement (BP – non-programmable portion). The framework agreement is concluded without any minimum requirement and with a maximum expressed in value for its entire period of validity within the meaning of Article R2162-4, 2° of the Public Procurement Code. Maximum amount for the entire duration of the public contract: €500,000 excluding tax (HT). The public contract is awarded to a single supplier (mono-attributaire). The public contract includes: - a portion of foreseeable services concluded at an overall and lump-sum price; - a portion of non-programmable services concluded at unit prices.
