TENDER DESCRIPTION

As this is a framework agreement that sets out all contractual terms and conditions, purchase orders may be issued up to and including the last day of validity of this framework agreement. The present framework agreement is single-award (mono-attributaire). The framework agreement is enforceable as of 1 January 2027 or, if later, the date it is notified to the contracting entity, up to 31/12/2027. It may thereafter be subject to 3 tacit renewals for one year on 1 January of each year, without its term being able to extend beyond 31/12/2030. The supplier cannot oppose this. Any decision not to renew will be notified no later than 2 months before the end date of the relevant period and will not entitle the contracting authority to compensation. Renewal may also occur in the event that the maximum amount is reached during the said period. The maximum amount of the framework agreement for each performance period (from 1 January 2027 or, if later, the date it is notified to the contracting entity, up to 31/12/2027) and then for each tacit one-year renewal) is set at 450,000.00 euro(s) ex VAT (HT), i.e. 540,000.00 euro(s) incl.
