TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns preventive and corrective maintenance services for fire defence equipment of the University of Lille, the École nationale supérieure d’architecture et de paysage de Lille (ENSAPL), the École supérieure de journalisme de Lille (ESJ Lille) and Sciences Po Lille as part of a group of contracting authorities. It includes the following services: - supply/installation of fire extinguishers - replacement of RIA, fire hydrant or fire hose cabinet - supply/installation of evacuation/intervention plans in the event of need - annual test of charging of the suction poles of the two (2) underground cisterns on the Cité scientifique Campus. The description of the installations and their technical specifications are set out in the annexes to the particular technical specifications document (CCTP). The University of Lille is the coordinator of the group. In this capacity, it organises the consultation procedure up to the notification of the contract. Following this, each member of the group places orders to satisfy its own needs with the selected provider.
