The operation involves the overall rehabilitation of two multi-family residential buildings built in 1968, comprising 80 dwellings distributed across five stairwells. The work will be carried out on an occupied site. The main objectives of the operation are: - a significant improvement in the energy performance of the buildings, achieving at least an Energy Performance Certificate (DPE) rating of C; - carrying out accessibility work and adapting the dwellings to aging; - making the buildings safe (fire safety, electrical safety and physical safety); - improving occupants' comfort and enhancing the value of the heritage.
