TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract has as its purpose project management for the works of the Le Val - Badinter school group, located in Meudon (92). The school group is subject to an overall redevelopment project comprising three components: - The energy renovation of the apartments located above the catering area: full refurbishment of the apartments with a target minimum energy performance rating of label B and compliance with the BBC renovation 2024 standard, including treatment of access and drainage/sewerage for the cellars; - The redevelopment of the school catering area. Given the nature of the works, a temporary modular kitchen will be installed on the adjoining plot throughout the entire catering redevelopment construction period; - Landscaping, as part of an “oasis courtyard” project, of the rear courtyard, the two existing courtyards and the adjoining double plot. The operation involves a diversity of expected skills due to the plurality of intended uses: education (playground courtyards, oasis courtyard), catering (collective kitchen) and residential accommodation (energy renovation).
