TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract has as its purpose project management for the works for the Le Val – Badinter school group, located in Meudon (92). The school group is subject to an overall restructuring project comprising three components: - The energy renovation of the apartments located above the catering area: complete rehabilitation of the apartments with a target minimum energy performance level of energy label B and compliance with the 2024 BBC renovation requirements, including the treatment of access and the drainage of the cellars; - The restructuring of the school catering area. Given the nature of the works, a temporary modular kitchen will be installed on the adjoining plot for the entire duration of the catering area renovation works; - The development, as part of an “oasis courtyard” project, of the rear courtyard, the two existing courtyards, and the double adjoining plot. The project involves a diversity of expected skills given the plurality of uses concerned: schooling (playground areas, oasis courtyard), catering (collective kitchen) and residential accommodation (energy renovation).
