TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Nienburg/Weser plans the construction of a new fire and rescue service technical operations center (FTZ) in the industrial/commercial estate of the town of Lemke, municipality of Marklohe. This is a replacement new build for the existing FTZ on Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. The space programme includes approximately 8,200 m² of usable floor area, as well as approximately 9,140 m² of outdoor areas—movement and training areas. For this purpose, an approximately 3.4 ha building site is available. The services being tendered include: Main building: Wall coatings/paintwork approx. 11,860 m² Ceiling paintwork approx. 3,028 m² Metal coatings/paintwork for stair and parapet handrails approx. 41 m Metal coating/paintwork for steel door frames (frame elements) approx. 152 pcs. Metal coating/paintwork for steel doors approx. 17 pcs. Areas to be treated in stairwells approx. 709 m² Lettering, letters and figures Vehicle hall: Wall coatings/paintwork approx. 726 m² Workshop: Wall coatings/paintwork approx. 1,558 m² Multi-purpose hall: Wall coatings/paintwork approx. 1,321 m² Floor coatings/paintwork approx. 650 m²
