Support and advice for implementing measures based on the results of the 2026 employee survey in the BMF The next employee survey (BeB) will take place online in November 2026. As in previous years, it can be expected that, during the processing of the results, there will be high demand for professional support from external consultants. This relates in particular to improving internal communication and the behavior of managers. The offer of supportive measures through external consulting is used regularly in all divisions. Managers appreciate the opportunity to receive advice quickly and without bureaucracy through professional external support. In this context, the employees’ wish was also taken into account that, in particular, confidential or sensitive topics can be addressed by an external or neutral person and, as a rule, thereby identify positive changes, including in cooperation within the division. Thus, the external services offered can also contribute to a noticeable improvement in the working atmosphere and employee satisfaction.
