TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement concerns the acquisition of operation, maintenance and extension services for video surveillance solutions. The Contractor supplies and installs video surveillance equipment in the field (cameras, poles or any other support, electrical network, radio network if applicable, etc.), the urban supervision centers (CSU) and other centers (remote control, recording, etc.), the so-called business systems (video supervision solutions, hypervisor, video wall, etc.) for extensions and is responsible for their technical operation and maintenance. This Contract foresees preferred use of fiber optic as the transmission medium for the flows coming from the video surveillance Sites to the Central Sites. The Nord - Pas-de-Calais Numérique Joint Association is the contracting authority for this contract. It acts as a purchasing center, intermediary for the members of the purchasing center for the awarding, changes and overall monitoring of this contract.
