TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this consultation is a global public performance contract, within the meaning of Article L.2171-3 of the French Public Procurement Code (code de la commande publique), for the operation of the following technical installations of swimming pools of the City of Metz: - PISCINE LOTHAIRE, located at 44 rue Lothaire in METZ, comprising: - PISCINE BON PASTEUR, located at 10 rue Bon Pasteur in METZ, - PISCINE BELLETANCHE, located at rue de Belletanche in METZ, - PISCINE DU LUXEMBOURG, located at rue de Belle Isle in METZ, The contract includes both of the following types of services: - Technical operations and maintenance services (work packages P2 and P3) - Design and execution of works for replacement of the Centralized Technical Management (GTC) - Design and execution of works for energy optimization and improving water quality.
