TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is a services contract relating to the implementation and provision of a training management solution so that the EAP and the training services of its client administrations can carry out their various missions. It is therefore expected that: • A LMS-type solution enabling the contracting authority’s business to be carried out at a minimum level as before the award of this contract. The description of the business context, current processes and future expectations is detailed in this special specifications document; • The implementation of the new solution, including integrations with other systems; • Hosting of the new solution; • General and evolutionary maintenance of the solution and any potential future adaptations; • Support for configuring, using and evolving the solution; • Transfer of data from the current EAP platform (Bealink); • The monthly fees necessary for operating the solution; • Consultancy and support services on request in order to continue the continuous improvement of training management processes or to address any potential future new needs; • Training services for use of the new solution for key users; • As an option required, implementation…
