TENDER DESCRIPTION

The annual requirement for materials of the waterworks of VGW AK-FF shall be covered by this contract. The materials are mainly intended for maintenance, repair and expansion work on the water pipeline network of VGW AK-FF to be carried out by the operator’s own operating staff. The water pipeline network of VGW AK-FF comprises a total length of around 380 km and 15,500 house connections. The scope includes, among other things, the supply of: - pressure pipes - insertion fittings - bracket holder pieces - duct angle fittings - cast moulded parts - PE electrofusion fittings - push-in fittings - street covers - support plates - seals - pipe sealing clamps - shut-off valves - service pipe entries (house connections) - fire hydrants - screws - PVC moulded parts - water meter chamber - shut-off clamps - support sleeves - anchoring/traction restraints The contract is to be concluded for a period of 12 months and may be extended by the Verbandsgemeindewerke Altenkirchen-Flammersfeld three times unilaterally by a further 12 months until 31.10. of the previous year.
