TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Emsdetten intends at Padkamp 20 in 48282 Emsdetten to renovate and expand the Kardinal-von-Galen Primary School and to construct a two-court sports hall. The existing building of the school to be converted will, as part of the construction measure, be completely demolished in sections. The remaining areas will subsequently be renovated and extended. In this instance, the contract package "Metal construction works" is being awarded. The total floor area is essentially divided into: - Building component: school renovation (3,910 m³ BRI) - Building component: school extension (12,044 m³ BRI) - Building component: sports hall extension (14,827 m³ BRI).
