TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Emsdetten intends, at Padkamp 20 in 48282 Emsdetten, to refurbish and expand the Kardinal-von-Galen primary school and to construct a two-court sports hall. The existing building of the school to be converted will be completely demolished in parts within the scope of the construction measure. The remaining areas will subsequently be refurbished and expanded. The contract work “Metal construction work” is being awarded. The total floor area is essentially divided into: - Building component Refurbishment of school (3,910 m³ BRI) - Building component Expansion of school (12,044 m³ BRI) - Building component Expansion of sports hall (14,827 m³ BRI). Rough breakdown of the metal construction and glazing works - approx. 8 pcs. exterior aluminium door element with fixed glazing and door hardware - approx. 10 pcs. interior aluminium door element with fixed glazing and door hardware - approx. 13 T30 RS pipe frame doors with glazing and door hardware - approx. 80 steel door frames with wooden object doors
