Supported Housing in Chełmża - Support at the Start The subject of the contract is the modernisation of a residential unit located in Chełmża at Mickiewicza Street 9/4, carried out as part of the investment project entitled “Supported Housing in Chełmża – Support at the Start”. The scope of the contract includes comprehensive modernisation of the unit, in particular: • dismantling the existing equipment and unit elements intended for removal, carrying out the necessary demolition works, • performing general building, renovation and finishing works, • installing new internal systems, including the water and sewage system, electrical system, heating system and domestic hot water, together with the necessary system components; • replacing window and door joinery; • furnishing the unit with furniture/appliances in the full scope specified in accordance with the design documentation, • performing works related to preparing and hardening the area constituting the approach to the building; • carrying out accompanying, reinstatement and cleaning works necessary for the proper execution of the subject of the contract; • carrying out the required tests, checks and measurements of the…
