TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under a construction framework agreement, to carry out maintenance, renovation, expansion, rectification of faults and elimination of hazards, and energy-efficiency upgrade works for dwellings and non-residential premises owned by Budapest Főváros XIII. Kerületi Önkormányzat, with a net framework amount of HUF 275,000,000 / 12-month framework period. If the framework agreement is extended, the framework amount provided for the base period increases proportionally with the extension period. The Contracting Authority undertakes to place orders amounting to 70% of the framework amount for the base period and for the extended period; the Contracting Authority is entitled to unilaterally apply quantity deviations of -30% and +10% relative to the framework amount during the term of the contract.
